Our Founder
A Visionary with a Purpose
Cristian Mendez moved to the United States in 2004 when he was 17 years old. His first job was on a farm, where he worked for seven months. After that time, he worked in construction until late 2015.
He started his small business, Mendez Flooring Inc., in January 2016.
As his business grew, he desired to give back to the community where he grew up by building a house for a family living in extreme poverty.
He has continued to help families in need by building homes, providing nutrition, creating sports programs for youth, replacing roofs, and more.
He is married to Jessica, and they have three beautiful children together.

Starting in Jutiapa, Guatemala, we are constantly working towards expanding our reach and initiatives throughout Guatemala and South America.
